Ornella Keller is the controller of the personal data received through this site, within the meaning of the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What data is collected
This site has no user account, no patient area and no health questionnaire.
The only personal data I receive is what you choose to send me by email or tell me by phone: your name, your contact details and the content of your message.
No health data is collected by this site. Information about your nutritional care is gathered in consultation only, away from the site.
Technical logs
Like any website, the server records technical logs: IP address, date and time of the request, page visited and browser type.
These logs serve only the security and correct operation of the site. They are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookie, no tracker and no analytics tool.
No consent is therefore required and no browsing profile is built.
Purpose and legal basis
Your data is used only to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to arrange an appointment.
Processing rests on your own decision to make contact and on the legitimate interest in replying to it.
Hosting and place of processing
The site is hosted in Switzerland by Infomaniak Network SA. Your data is not transferred outside Switzerland or the European Union.
Sharing with third parties
Your data is never sold, rented or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Retention
Messages received are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, then deleted once they are no longer useful.
Your rights
You may at any time ask for access to your data, its correction or its deletion, or object to it being processed.
