My story

My journey

Since I was very young, I have suffered from recurring abdominal pain and digestive disorders, without ever really finding any answers.

In 2016, my symptoms intensified with the onset of severe abdominal pain, diarrhoea and constipation. Faced with a lack of answers and support, I began doing my own research and getting to know my body better.

I myself live with gluten and lactose intolerances. So I know the difficulties this can bring day to day: restrictions, eating out, restaurants, questions, and sometimes even the stress of not knowing what you can eat.

The link between the body and stress

In 2025, I went through professional burnout that strongly affected my digestive disorders. This experience made me even more aware of the link between stress, emotions and digestive health.

This period also pushed me to reflect on what I really wanted to do professionally, and encouraged me to change direction and train in the field of nutrition.

Why nutrition?

In my previous professional experience, I always worked in contact with people: in shops, bars, insurance and the social sector.

I have always loved listening, helping and putting people at ease. I have often been recognised for my empathy, kindness and my ability to listen without judging.

Today, I want to put these qualities, along with my knowledge and personal experience, at the service of people who face difficulties with their diet or digestion.

My personal experience became a motivation

I know how difficult it can be to live with digestive disorders and to have to adapt your diet.

That’s why I want to offer human, individualised and caring support, in which each person can feel listened to and safe.

My personal journey has given me the desire to help others better understand their diet and regain more serenity and pleasure in everyday life.
