Le Goût des Émotions

My approach

A personalised approach

I am convinced that there is no single diet that suits everyone.

Every person is different, and every body reacts in its own way. A food can be very well tolerated by one person and cause symptoms in another.

That’s why I take the time to understand your symptoms, habits, needs, tastes and daily life.

No unnecessary restrictions

Certain dietary restrictions may be necessary for a period, particularly with digestive disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome.

However, my goal is not to impose a long list of forbidden foods.

Instead, I want to help you understand what really suits you, adapt quantities and foods when necessary and, when possible, gradually reintroduce more variety.

Rediscovering the pleasure of eating

I understand the frustration of having to give up a food you particularly love.

For me, food should also remain a pleasure. So we will look together for solutions to preserve the foods that matter to you, when your tolerance allows it.

The goal is to help you find a calmer, more varied and enjoyable way of eating, without guilt.

Stress and digestion

Stress and emotions can also have a significant influence on our digestion.

My approach therefore takes the whole person into account, not just what they eat.

I want to support you with listening, empathy and kindness, so that you can move forward at your own pace.

No perfect diet.No unnecessary restrictions. No judgement.A way of eating adapted to you.

I want to support you with listening, empathy and kindness, so that you can move forward at your own pace.
