Welcome to my world of nutrition

Ornella Keller

MCO nutritionist

A way of eating suited to your health, your body and your daily life — without giving up pleasure.

Nutrition is not just about following a diet or cutting out foods. Above all, it should help you better understand your needs, improve your wellbeing and find a balance that can genuinely fit into your life.

I support you with a personalised, caring and non-judgemental approach, taking into account your situation, your habits, your nutritional needs and your relationship with food.

My approach

Every person is different, and so are their history, their body and their daily life.

My support aims to offer you concrete, tailored and lasting solutions, whether you are dealing with a digestive disorder, a health condition, a dietary restriction, a weight goal, or simply the wish to take care of your health.

The goal is not to impose a perfect diet on you, but to build together a way of eating that is calmer, balanced and compatible with your life.

My areas of support

I support people with a range of concerns and at different stages of life, including:

  • Digestive disorders and gut comfort
  • Food intolerances and sensitivities
  • Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS)
  • Gut microbiota
  • Anti-inflammatory eating
  • Cholesterol and triglycerides
  • Diabetes
  • High blood pressure
  • Anaemia
  • Kidney and urinary health
  • Fatty liver
  • Weight management and weight loss
  • High-protein eating
  • Nutrition during pregnancy and menopause
  • Nutrition for babies and children
  • Vegetarian and vegan eating
  • Psychonutrition, emotions and your relationship with food
  • And many other specific nutritional situations

No perfect diet. No unnecessary restrictions. No judgement. A way of eating adapted to you. Knowledge to help you gradually become independent.

My approach

My philosophy

A personalised approach

I am convinced that there is no single diet that suits everyone.

Every person is different, and every body reacts in its own way. A food can be perfectly well tolerated by one person and cause symptoms in another.

That’s why I take the time to understand your symptoms, habits, needs, tastes and daily life.

My goal is to build with you a way of eating suited to your situation and genuinely compatible with your life.

Understanding in order to act better

For me, supporting someone is not simply about giving them a list of foods to eat or avoid.

It is essential to understand your concern, your condition or your symptoms, but also to know why certain dietary adjustments can be useful.

I want to pass on simple, concrete knowledge so that you can better understand your body and make informed food choices.

No unnecessary restrictions

Certain dietary restrictions may be necessary for a period, particularly with digestive disorders such as irritable bowel syndrome.

However, my goal is not to impose a long list of forbidden foods.

Instead, I want to help you identify what really suits you, adapt foods and quantities when necessary and, when possible, gradually reintroduce more variety.

A way of eating that fits into real life

A suitable diet has to fit into your daily life.

Family meals, outings, restaurants, holidays, work and the unexpected are all part of life.

That’s why I favour realistic, flexible and lasting solutions that let you take care of your health while continuing to live and enjoy your food.

Rediscovering the pleasure of eating

I understand the frustration of having to give up a food you particularly love.

For me, food should also remain a pleasure.

So we will look together for solutions to preserve the foods that matter to you, when your tolerance allows it, and find alternatives when necessary.

The goal is to help you find a calmer, more varied and enjoyable way of eating, without guilt.

Stress and digestion

Stress and emotions can also influence our digestion and our relationship with food.

My approach therefore takes the whole person into account, not just what they eat.

I want to support you with listening, empathy and kindness, so that you can better understand the links between your diet, your body and your daily life.

Towards greater independence

My goal is not for you to depend forever on a meal plan or on recommendations.

I want to give you the knowledge and tools you need to gradually become independent in your food choices.

Understanding your diet, learning to listen to your body and knowing how to adapt to different situations will help you move forward with greater confidence.

Step-by-step support

Every person is different. That’s why consultations are tailored to your situation, your needs and your goals.

The aim is to support you gradually, with concrete and realistic advice that can genuinely fit into your daily life.

  1. First appointment

    During the first consultation, we take the time to get to know each other and to understand your situation as a whole.

    In particular, we talk about:

    • your habits and what you eat day to day;
    • your symptoms and difficulties;
    • your state of health and your concern;
    • your pace of life;
    • your goals and expectations;
    • your tastes, habits and constraints.

    This first conversation helps us identify priorities together and decide on the first directions for your support.

  2. Setting up personalised support

    Depending on your situation, we set realistic and progressive goals together.

    The nutritional advice is tailored to your daily life, your needs and your ability to put it into practice.

    The goal is not to change everything overnight, but to move forward step by step and make changes you can genuinely maintain over time.

  3. Understanding in order to move forward

    Over the course of the consultations, I help you better understand your diet, your symptoms and any links with your health concern.

    When relevant, we can work on certain foods, quantities, food combinations, lifestyle habits or the gradual reintroduction of certain foods.

    In this way, you learn to observe your body’s reactions more closely and to make choices better suited to your situation.

  4. Follow-up and adjustments

    Follow-up consultations are a chance to review how things are evolving, your progress, your difficulties and how you’re feeling.

    Depending on what you notice and how things evolve, we can adjust the advice, the goals and the strategies in place.

    Follow-up is also a chance to answer your questions and help you move forward when certain stages are harder.

  5. Towards greater independence

    My goal is not to make you dependent on a meal programme.

    I want to pass on knowledge and tools that will gradually help you better understand your diet and make your own choices with greater confidence.

    The aim is that, over time, you become more and more independent in your daily life.

At your own pace

There is no identical path for everyone.

We move forward together, step by step, according to your needs, your situation and your pace.

What matters is finding an approach that is realistic, lasting and compatible with your life.
